HOW IS YOUR PAYMENT SECURED?
- We use various methods for checkout and payment, all offered within a secure environment and encrypted to the latest methods, all for your complete peace of mind.
- You can choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you from among the various options. Have any questions? Call our Store, we are always on hand to help.

Instant EFT
- You can pay your invoices online using a credit or debit card if you have been assigned the appropriate access rights. Alternatively you can pay on issue of invoice by bank transfer if you do not have direct debit set up.
- Monthly, weekly, and transactional invoicing can be offered to customers. Bespoke and customised invoices are available to select customers although restrictions apply. Contact customer services via Live Chat or on: sales@paymeter.co.za or +27 (0)78 106 8913
- Who will make arrangements or alternatively go to your local store and complete the forms there.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
- Select your product.
- Add them to your shopping basket.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Fill out the form with your information for delivery address, payment type.
- Place your order.
REFUNDS
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
STANDARD DELIVERY - DOOR TO DOOR COURIER (ECONOMY)
- Standard shipping is typically the default option applied at checkout and will vary in cost from item to item. Your item(s) are typically expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days in Gauteng and 2-4 business days for all other provinces. Spend R500 or more in Gauteng and receive FREE standard delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier you will receive regular updates on the status of your order by e-mail.
Please take note of the following:
- Business days do not include weekends.
- Your order may not be eligible for the standard delivery due to size, weight quantities, stock levels, delivery address or vendor constraints.
- While most items ship the same day or the following day, some suppliers, delivery locations and non-stock items may require additional processing time. As soon as your order is processed, you will be updated with news of any extended backorder or if there are any other issues with the order. If you are ever unsure or would like to check stock availability, feel free to call us or on:
- Pay Meter orders can be delivered countrywide in South Africa based on Local, Main Centres and Regional Towns. If an item is in stock at the time of purchase, Pay Meter will typically ship the item out the same day, providing that the item was ordered before 3 PM.
- During holidays, special and exclusive promotion events, or due to other factors some “in stock” or “common stock” items may have a longer lead time to prepare. This will be reflected in an email sent notifying you that your order will shipping within a certain number of business day.
- Larger machines and heavier items can be delivered by truck. Please contact us when placing your order so we can arrange suitable delivery.
EXCHANGES
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@paymeter.co.za and send your item to:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over R 1,500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
